3-Product Description
Item Conditions
New Factory Sealed
A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in its original packaging. Please refer to the product listing for complete details.
New Other (Open Box / Without Box)
An item in excellent condition with no functional defects. Original packaging may be missing. The item may have been opened for inspection, testing or demonstration purposes. Please refer to the product listing for complete details.
Refurbished
A previously used item that has been inspected, tested and, where necessary, restored to full working condition. Cosmetic signs of use may be present. Please refer to the product listing for complete details.
Used
An item that has been used previously. Cosmetic wear may be visible, but the item remains fully operational and functions as intended. Please refer to the product listing for complete details.
For Parts or Not Working
An item that is not fully operational and may require repair, servicing or replacement parts. Please refer to the product listing for complete details.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, manufacturer warranties, certifications and guarantees are not included.
4-Pricing and Payment
• All prices are stated in Euro (€).
• Prices exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, credit card and other payment methods offered at checkout.
• Full payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.
5-Ordering Process
• Orders may be placed through our website, email correspondence or online sales platforms.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• An order is confirmed only when a confirmation has been issued by Aegean Automation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, export restrictions or other legitimate business reasons.
6-Delivery and Shipping
• Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• Any additional costs resulting from incorrect customer information shall be borne by the customer.
• Aegean Automation is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• All import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees and local charges in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all import and customs requirements.
• If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned or destroyed due to customs issues or customer inaction, no refund will be issued.
7-Returns, Withdrawal Rights and Warranty
B2C Customers
Under applicable consumer protection laws, consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal depending on their country of residence and the applicable legislation.
For customers located within the European Union, this right is generally 14 days from receipt of the goods.
To exercise this right, customers must notify Aegean Automation within the applicable withdrawal period.
Return shipping costs for withdrawals are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
30-Day Warranty
For both B2C and B2B customers, Aegean Automation provides a 30-day warranty period from the date of delivery.
If a product develops a fault during this period and the issue falls within the warranty conditions below, the customer may request a repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy at Aegean Automation's discretion.
For Used, Refurbished and New Other (Open Box / Without Box) Products
• Products may be marked with a warranty label for identification and warranty purposes.
• Where a warranty label is present, it must remain intact and undamaged.
• Warranty claims will not be accepted if the warranty label has been removed, altered, tampered with or damaged.
• The serial number of the returned product must match the serial number recorded at the time of sale.
• The product must be returned with all accessories supplied with the item where applicable.
For New Products
• The product must be returned in its original condition.
• All accessories, documentation and packaging must be included where applicable.
• The serial number of the returned product must match the serial number recorded at the time of sale.
General Warranty Conditions
• Products that have been modified, damaged through misuse, improperly installed, repaired by unauthorized parties or used outside normal operating conditions are not covered by the warranty.
• Any evidence of misuse, tampering, unauthorized repair, serial number alteration or component substitution may result in the warranty claim being rejected.
• Customers are responsible for shipping products to Aegean Automation for warranty inspection unless otherwise agreed.
• If a warranty claim is approved, Aegean Automation may repair the product, replace the product, provide an equivalent replacement or issue a refund.
• Warranty remedies are limited to the original purchase price of the product.

8-Warranty and Liability
Aegean Automation is an independent reseller of industrial automation components. We are not the manufacturer, designer, authorized distributor, or authorized service provider of the products sold, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Products sold by Aegean Automation should be installed and used by suitably qualified personnel. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their intended application and is installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying product compatibility, suitability, correct installation, configuration, programming, maintenance, and safe use within their own systems or applications.
Except for the 30-day warranty expressly provided by Aegean Automation under these Terms and Conditions, products are supplied without any manufacturer warranty, certification, or guarantee unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Aegean Automation shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, downtime, production losses, business interruption, loss of profit, loss of data, or other consequences arising from incorrect selection, installation, configuration, programming, integration, maintenance, use, misuse, or failure of the products in the customer’s system or application.
The customer’s remedy under the Aegean Automation 30-day warranty is limited to repair, replacement, equivalent replacement, or refund of the product, at Aegean Automation’s discretion.
The maximum liability of Aegean Automation for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9-Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, trade names and product names displayed on this website remain the property of their respective owners.
Their use is solely for identification and reference purposes.
Aegean Automation does not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by or authorization from the respective trademark owners unless expressly stated.
10-Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently.
Customers may contact us directly regarding any complaint or dispute.
Customers can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
11-Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12-Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Noord-Holland, location Haarlem, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
